JOB VACANCY: CLUSTER SALES SUPERVISOR (2 Position)
Location: Vodacom – Arusha
Deadline: 20th July 2025.

Vodacom Tanzania is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and qualified individual to join our Arusha Regional team as a Cluster Sales Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and distribution management
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and quick to learn

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and revenue targets through distributors, dealers, and partners
Execute sales and distribution activities in the territory
Ensure constant availability of Vodacom products
Distribute branding and promotional materials to enhance visibility and loyalty
Identify trade promotion needs and advise the line manager
Support and implement promotional activities in the field
Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights
Build strong relationships and provide support to distribution partners
