The CV Writing Challenge 2025, organized by the @Niajiri Platform, aims to empower Tanzanian youth with essential job application skills. This initiative encourages active job-seeking by guiding participants through structured CV improvement sessions, job applications, and interview processes. Participants will have the opportunity to refine their CVs, apply for jobs, and secure employment through the Niajiri recruitment network, UNIKONEKT events and Other Job search Engines .

Responsibilities

• Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
• Must be a recent graduate (from 2022 onwards) or a student pursuing a Diploma or higher.
• Must commit to actively participating in the challenge.
• Must apply for at least 20 jobs per month.

Requirements

• Attend and participate in CV clinics held twice a month.
• Improve and refine CVs to align with industry standards.
• Apply for a minimum of 20 jobs per month.
• Track job applications and interview invitations.
• Participate in interviews facilitated through the challenge.
• Engage with Unikonekt sessions and employer interactions.
